Add Hill's "Science Diet" Cat Food To the Recall List...
Folks-- check your pet foods for wheat gluten, and STOP FEEDING THEM TO YOUR PETS-- PERIOD. BOYCOTT THE CORPORATIONS THAT ARE KILLING YOUR PETS UNTIL THEY COME CLEAN.
WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE COMPANY THAT SUPPLIED THE TAINTED WHEAT GLUTEN, AND WHY THE FUCK IS IT BEING KEPT SECRET???
The Company that supplied the tainted wheat products is STILL ANONYMOUS-- We MUST push to get the name of that god-damned company PUBLIC. Not only the name of the company, but the list of THEIR source(s), AND their clients. Until then, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT ALL companies that produce these pet foods:
Ralston-Purina
Nestle
Colgate-Palmolive Co.
Menu Foods
This means NO chocolate products, no grain products, no bread, no rice, no Colgate toothpaste, and no Palmolive detergent. NO BREAKFAST CEREALS (I don't eat them, but, If I were you, I'd throw all of the Nestle and Purina products all away) absolutely NO Purina, Colgate/Palmolive or Nestle products until these Fucked-Ass Corporations reveal the source of their tainted Wheat Gluten, and the FULL EXTENT of the tainted products-- even up to its inclusion in HUMAN FOODS. You KNOW that that is next-- why else would the source be kept protected? THEY MUST COME CLEAN.

A toxin used in fertilizer in China and plastic in the United States, had been found in imported wheat gluten. Aminopterin, a rat poison that is illegal in the U.S., was previously thought to be the culprit.
In a news conference on Friday, the Food and Drug Administration announced that its labs had detected melamine in samples of the pet food, in the wheat gluten used to make it.
Yesterday, Hills, the makers of the popular "Science Diet" recalled their dry kibble for cats. The company stated that the food is made with wheat gluten supplied by a company that also provides wheat gluten to Menu Foods. It is not known whether any pet illnesses had been associated with the food at this time.
GAH! Hill's said that only the w/d was affected BEFORE. Fuck the Friday-nite news dump all to hell.
