Tante Mary's "Just Put the Fucking Turkey in the Oven"...
This is probably too late for most readers stuck cooking turkey today, but, really... Mary's advice is perfect-- Just put the fucking bird in the oven, and cook it until it is done. Modern-raised turkey really is a piece of shit tasting bird. Butter, salt and pepper and cook it.
She does a good job of explaining how to make awesome giblet gravy.
